(Ocean on one side, canals on the other three) Property is currently landscaped with crashing waves and sea bird sounds, gardens featuring interactive trees and goddess statues, a waterfall and koi pond with a kissing bridge, a dance pavilion (including a playable grand piano with both public and private animations) with private elevator to basement dungeon and residential skybox, a bathhouse with 3-setting whirlpool and massage table.

I no longer have the time to spend inworld on this property, and am getting tired of paying tier on land I don't use. :-)
