This is the sale of a Full Class 5 Server Sim (Type 1.25.5.109327)

The Price is US$ 680 (can be in Linden Dollars if requested) and includes transfer fees.

The current location has plenty of room for expansion in all directions, however relocation can be arranged at time of transfer for no additional cost.

The Island has been returned to it's original form, however Linden Lab can terraform the Island at the time of transfer, also at no additional cost

During the time that I have owned the Sim it has always been trouble free with exceptionally low lag (even with 14500 prims used). Unfortunately a job relocation in RL has forced the sale.
