I am dumping a 4096 parcel that I've had since last summer. its about 60% land and 40% water however you can terraform up for a solid land parcel. I honestly don't remember the price I put up there LMAO -- it was either 50k or 60k. Check it out and make me an offer. All offers will be heard, but one will be taken ;) Ciao
