The sim next door to The Doctor Who Experience (Katrina region) has now been parcelled off for skybox/skyhouse/sci-fi house rentals. Before reading on i must tell you that due to the amount of visitors that the adjoining region (Katrina) gets that all builds on the rental sim (Marti region) HAVE to be above 256m in height, this way you dont get the occaisional noob flying into your house
Parcels for rent already have a platform in the sky which has been spaced out so you dont have a neighbour within 200m of you, but you can of course choose your own height.
Currently we have the following available...
Four 4096 square parcels, 936prims, 7200l for four weeks rent.
Two 2048 rectangular parcel, 468prims, 4200l for four weeks rent.
Each parcel is under a seperate group, you will have full ban, eject rights and of course media rights and all the usual goodies.
This is a purely residential ONLY region, no clubs/shops please, although we dont mind if you hold a party now and again in your house it wouldnt be fair on the other renters if there was a full out club or mall in the region.
