I have just placed 2 beautiful, large, beach homes on a hill and a pier. The larger house overlooks the ocean and the other large house (somewhat smaller) is set on a beautiful stone pier at waters edge. There is beach and palms in between the two house.
I will allow the renter all the rights of owner except ban lines. You may ask me to ban any individuals you find undesirable.
I will allow 400 prims for each house. You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house up to 30 prims without interfering with the prim limits. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
EACH HOUSE HAS PRIVACY WINDOWS AND DOORS...LOCKABLE OF COURSE.
This is a low lag mainland beach sim.
