The plots are $35,000 each ($8.55 per sqm). Tier normally runs $7,553 for each 4096k plot. Tier is paid through December 25. You do not need a premium membership to own this land. The monthly tier is less than the monthly land use fee and premium membership fee when you own the same amount of mainland. And... it's a lot less laggy!!!
