Sometimes RL has a way of rearing its ugly head and taking entirely to much time.
I have for sale Azzurra Meadows. A long time established region. (originally set up in 2004) The last of the well known Raccoon City Estate sims. With this sim comes the estate name if you wish to retain it.
This lush green sim is 3/4 filled with established wonderful business owners and residents. It covers its own tiers as it is now. There are 2- 8192 lots recently available which never stay available long. One of the assets of established sims.
At present the sim is all but no lag and the current tenants work hard and willingly to keep it that way.
My asking price is $800 USD, I'll pay the LL transfer/region name change fee from that.
Tier due date is the 6th.
