I own several plots in Miramare. Most since 2004. This is a rare sim for land to become available in. The plots can be divided and joined. It is one of the first double prim sims from Linden Labs.
As you can see from the picture, a few of them are very close to the Infohub which is Always busy. This Infohub is one of the spots that New Avatars from Orientation Island choose to have as their Home and First place to rez on the Mainland. That causes this land to be one of the first things they see in Secondlife. A great place for business!
