-right click the land of your choice and click BUY LAND
-pay the rental TIER box in the middle of the sim starting the week after purchase

-griefers or harassers will be banned
-banlines are not allowed
-respect your neighbours
-report incidents to the estate owner
-no commercial buildings, clubs, skyscrapers or wacko-jacko builds
-u are allowed to built a small shop in your house or in the sky
-only natural planting is allowed for your plot borders
-no flying or rotating objects below 500 meters height
-high lagging scripts will be removed by the estate owner
