I've got two rental plots available on my sim VLS. VLS is a mixed commercial and residential sim with a reasonable covenant intended to ensure good performance of the sim. Renters have full rights on the land they rent for the period of the rental though they will need to abide by the rules laid out on the covenant.
VLS has an infrastructure of roadways and lighting giving the sim a professional and tidy look without taking prims from your land.
VLS is not just another sim in someones estate, being ignored unless someone complains of a problem. Half of VLS will shortly be the headquarters for my main business, this means that I will be on the sim regularly keeping an eye on its performance and will be available to sort out any problems, but renters privacy is assured.
