Azure Islands & Nova Islands are such great places to live, I chose to buy and sell land only there. They are a long established Estate in SL, with a great reputation. Why risk buying from a new Estate and end up losing your investment a month or 2 down the road?
All properties are fully landscaped & QUALITY furnished......( no ugly, cartoon looking cheap-o houses that a lot of resellers use. Blech...) Each one has custom waterfalls built right on site.
