today we offer a homestead sim for sale for 0 L$.
The sim is one of a pair and the only neighbour sim is Anango Island, a GOR sim.
As a homestead sim it offers 3750 prims on 65536 sq.m.
The monthly tier is 31000 L$ (weekly payment after 1st month is possible)
Because the neighbour sim is a GOR sim we think it can make sense to have GOR friends on this sim as well
But.... its not necessary to be GOR.. you can rent this sim also for other use
You buy the sim for 31000 L$ and this is the tier for the first month. This tier is valid until end of June 09. In July Linden rises the tier for homestead again and than we have to rise the tier for Anango Jungle too.
If you buy it, you will set as estate manager, this means you can do everything from changing the ground textures till setting the sun or banning for the whole sim.
If you want we can help doing terraforming. We also offer support as long as you live there.
Pls keep in mind that this is a homestead sim, so NO commercial use, NO heavy load scripts, NO campers or similar.
