We still have some plots available in OZLAND. Plots from 512sq m to 2048 sqm

Ozland is a residential sim and a place for everyone to enjoy a peaceful neighborhood. All plots have protected water access and lots of interesting features under water.

INITIAL LAND SALES

We will offer the initial residents a price of 8000 L$ or $30 US per 512 sq m plot. When comparing prices with the mainland remember that these plots have as many prims as a mainland 1024 sqm plot and that all plots have access to water which cannot be blocked. We have also put small protected park land plots to allow easy access across the islands and give extra protected open spaces.

MAINTENANCE FEES (These become due as soon as land is bought)

For each DOUBLE PRIM (234) 512 sq m plot there is a charge of 430L$ per week or $7 USD per month - remember you do not need Premium membership to buy on a private estate.
