Cove Islands take a pretty flexible approach to tier. All our parcels have a 16sqm parcel adjacent containing a tier terminal that corresponds to their parcel. Via that terminal, remaining tier balance can be checked on demand. This is also where out residents pay their tier, as much or a little as they want a time. Providing your parcel always has a positive balance, we don't mind how much or how little yay at once. No need for stringent dates and weeks up front!!

And now, even better.... when you buy a parcel from Cove Islands (and this does include a few 1L parcels we currently have scattered about, while by standard they're 3L/sqm) we will match your first tier payment up for a maximum 4 weeks. So if you buy a parcel and credit a week, we'll credit you another one free... up to 4!
