Combat Xtreme is the latest development of Ecstasy Realty. As the name implies, the main purpose of this sim is to allow all-out combat. Accordingly, the land covenant for this sim will be extremely relaxed. You may rent the entire sim or a parcel as small as 2048 square meters. Clubs, malls and other businesses are allowed with the understanding that they must tolerate combat conditions. Residences are allowed under the same conditions. Sorry, no parcels smaller than 2048 square meters and no land sales or re-sales allowed.

If you wish to rent the entire sim, it's very important you contact me, Steve Mahfouz, as soon as possible to make arrangements. Otherwise, I will subdivide the sim into parcels and rent them on a strictly first come, first serve basis.
