I split up my huge land and make two very nice islands. The one corner island is 4960 sq in size and supports 1419 prims. The tier is 8700L per month. This land is protected and will never have any development of other land on two sides of it.
The other property is a 4096 lot with 1171 prims to use. It is protected on 1 side and is a really great piece of land. If you wanted me to connect these two pieces back up to make 1/3 of the island your own, I am willing to do that.
I'm just hoping to get someone in that is into Second Life, wants a nice place to live and possibly have a business! A club, apartments, your own shop and a home! The possibilities are endless!
