I have a full island sim, class 5, full prims, not connected to any other island or land, for sale, rent, or rent-to-own.
SALE
I'm willing to sell the island out-right for $500 USD or L$145k. Buyer pays transfer fee, next tier date is 10/14/09.
RENT
I'm also willing to rent the island out for L$90k per calendar month. Full land management rights, and you can use it for anything within the Linden ToS.
RENT-TO-OWN
For the rent-to-own options, the renter would owe L$90k per calendar month to cover tier plus whatever amount they wanted to put toward the base price of $500 USD...base price payments are negotiable.
