If you have a Full Prim Grandfathered Sim ($195.00 USD Monthly Tier) that you are not using right now and you DO NOT want to sell it, yet you are paying monthly tier, if you would consider leasing, I may be very interested. I can pay weekly and cover your tier and give you some profit and we can contract for 6 months at a time. Why pay tier on a sim you aren’t using right now when you can have it paid for you and make a few dollars! If you decide you are going to start using the sim and need me to vacate, give me 2 weeks to 1 Month notice and I will have all my prims removed.
If, during my lease period, you decide to sell this sim, if you would consider rent to own, I will give you $100 USD extra a month toward its purchase price. (Note: Any months I can pay more toward the principle, I will do so to pay if off quicker.) If at any time during that rent to own period I default, all payments toward the principle will be yours.
