Southern California Shores is a growing community of low density residential tropical themed island rentals. Our aim is to build a pleasant place to live and relax in Second Life away from the annoyances so often found in Second Life. Our OpenSpace Sims are ideal for Residents that would like to have a little space between themselves and their neighbours with only three or four rental plots per sim.
Currently Southern California Shores residents enjoy access to over 300,000m2 of navigable waterways spread over 6 sim, ideal for any number of water-borne activities.
Your plot comes with full land rights for except terraforming, though we are more than happy to make minor changes to the land for you.
