A 1024 has opened up that will give me a complete 4096 for my main location! For that reason, I'm now selling the location of my satellite store in Karpov. Beautiful area, great neighbors, I'm hesitant to let it go, but completing a nice square 4096 at my main store is too tempting. :-)
So I'm offering it for L$7000, while similar parcels in the area are selling for 10K! I'll also consider any reasonable offers, as I do need to sell before buying another parcel. Please message me if you're interested!
