My land at Manatee Reserve II is now up for sale. I am buying a whole sim and will be moving there so I can be on site and available to all residents.
Here is what I have. Any lot can be combined with another or purchased singly. All lots are connected together, stretching from one side of the sim to the other, coast to coast.

The covenant is very easy going, and there are very few residents on this sim, even when it is full. You will know your neighbors and like them too.
Tier fees are reasonable, and a portion of it goes to support the Save the Manatee Club, so you can feel good about your time in SL!
