This Sim is intended for residential usage.
BUILDING CODE:
No Malls, no clubs, casinos
No high rise structures
No major eyesores
To preserve a consistent beach theme, we ask of all buildings be of that nature.
You may not subdivide or join parcels of land for any reason. All waterways must stay in tact between parcels.
OBJECT CODE:
No high lag scripts, Security scripts are allowed only if
They do not hinder access to other parcels in the SIM and
They give visitors ample warning and enough time (30 sec) to leave the parcel before ejected. Security orbs must have Estate owners added.
There are no barriers allowed.
ACCESS Tabs may only be set to BEACHFRONT RESIDENTS group
RESELLING LAND
You may resell your land to whomever you wish however, the potential buyer must be fully aware, and agree to abide by the terms set forth in the covenant. The Estate Owner must be notified of the sale so that he/she can set the land accordingly to complete the final transaction.
TIER PAYMENTS PAYABLE THROUGH
PAYPAL however... we do accept lindens at SELL RATE only
Tier is due on or before the 1st of every month. Late Payments: A late fee of one thousand Lindens will be charged if you are late without notifying one of the estate owners, on or before the first of the month. We have the right to reclaim your land if you fail to make your monthly tier payments. As a result of reclaiming your land, your objects will be returned to you. We also have the right to increase the tier/rental rates.
These rates will only be increased, should Linden Lab increase their tier to the estate owners.
MONTHLY TIER RATE IS AS FOLLOWS:
