I've been in the SL land business since 2006, and I've learned a lot. I know what tenants want, and to be honest, we're all tenants. You either put up a huge payment up front (which is commonly called a buyer), or you don't, which is usually called a tenant. Tenants want 1) value for their money; 2) beautiful sims and 3) excellent customer service.

Value for lindens - No one beats us for value. We offer double prims sims ONLY. Why ? Because you get twice as many prims for your square meters and this allows us to build beautiful infrastructure on your sim, such as parks, roadways, sidewalks, landscaping, etc. When you go shopping for land, remember to compare APPLES TO APPLES. Most land prices are calculated for 1.5X prims or single prims. We are DOUBLE prims. Prims are what makes Second Life go round !

Beautiful sims - Our combination of tropical and city sims are SECOND TO NONE. You simply have to see us to believe this.

Excellent customer service - Again, we are SECOND TO NONE in this respect. Kayla Itano, Gayle Starbrook, Smithers Daviau and Santo Kanto know how to treat our customers and they walk away happy ! No, we are not a huge mega-corporation based out of China or Australia, but if you want fantastic customer service with a large dollop of compassion and reasonableness, look no further ! Did I say I am immensely proud of my people ? We are based in the USA and are able to take care of tenants in Europe also.
