My new Sim is shaping up and I've set an initial six 1024 sq. m. plots up for sale. Each plot is double prim (468 prims) and runs just L$ 6498 per month. The covenant and theme is a loose urban environment and residents of the sim get free access to the sim perks, such as the event venue that can be used for parties, fashion shows, and whatever else you can think of.
All plots have road access, half also have park access. Let me know if you want to divide or join plots.
