I got a nice building texture to rent. its a club with 3 floors. 3 diff parts inside with also a VIP zone and each zone can be group owned. I rent this structure at 3000L/week.
Think a goo 4096 sqm or 5000sqm with double prims. The club structure itself is 2048 prims. Can be modified inside if required. I have no time me to manage club and not land for that.
I do residencial rentals not anymore discotec.
