Selling full rights to two full-prim sims (Nemnem and Miramar). There are currently rent-paying residents on both sims, but can be removed if desired.
Price is $1,000 per sim, plus $50 for the transfer fee to LL. You will be the full sim owner, and all ownership will be transferred to you. Full estate rights will be transferred immediately upon payment receipt while transfer is in process.

Tier on Miramar was paid on 1/13, and Nemnem will be paid on 1/17. You will also need to pay pro-rated tier.
