The sim is currently full and makes $150 profit a month. You can keep the tenants or let me know in advance for other arangements. Tier is due April 13th and you will recieve all tier from tenants after tickets are made, which will cover your tier before the tier date.
Please send notecards with offers and IM. You would currently save 100$/month on tiers over the sims that Linden Lab is selling today.
This is a full normal sim with 15000 prims.
