Description, These homes have are setup in a loft-style as it has one large room. You could rez your own makeshift-wall to create a more private bedroom. They also have a wrap-around balcony.

2 Small Sudden Valley Homes.
Description: One step above the starter home, this style features a stairway, a wrap around balcony, and two rooms.

Description: The smallest available unit at Sudden Valley, it features a stairway, a two-tiered balcony, and a medium-sized room.

Sudden Valley ~ Covenant
Sudden Valley is privately owned estate and is NOT operated by Linden Lab. By claiming ownership of any of the Sudden Valley plots you agree to the following stipulations:

1) You accept this Covenant in Full.
=RENTAL FEES=
1) The Rent will be paid on time to the Rental Box located outside your home.
2.) Rental prices are based L$ per Prim. Current rate is L$2 per Prim.
3) If your rent goes into "Arrears" 3 times you will be given one last chance to pay tier on time. If you fail to pay on time after that you will be evicted immediately.
4) Questions and other Estate issues should be directed to Wrestling Hulka, the estate owner.

4) Grief and Lag Free. Please govern yourself with regarding the usage of prims and scripts. Over use of scripts that cause unnecessary lag is strictly prohibited.
5) Sudden Valley is a NON-COMBAT area. Please leave your guns on the counter.
6) Disputes between neighbors can be resolved by Sudden Valley when requested. Please respect your neighbors borders and don't have prims or trees that hang over other's properties. Also, no building walls or fences that break the view.
7) NO BAN LINES! (Ban Lans can be used for limited time (30minutes the most!)
No Skyscrapers or Towers, please keep builds in a realistic setting.9) Keep the terraforming to a minimum - NO SPACE MOUNTAINS!
10) No Shouting scripts (Like Tringo or other group games). Unless otherwise worked out with the neighbors and Sudden Valley for events.
11) TIER MUST BE PAID MONTHLY/TIMELY to the Sudden Valley rent boxes in the Welcome Area.. If you need help identifying your rent box contact Wrestling Hulka for help!

This covenant constitutes a contract between you and Sudden Valley. You agree to it by becoming a resident on a private sim owned by Sudden Valley.
Breaking these rules or the TOS of Second Life constitutes a breach of contract. This might lead to the termination of the contract. Termination of contract because of a violation of the covenant
becomes effective immediately. There are no refunds in this case. Depending on the kind of violation you might be banned from the Sudden Valley estate.
