With the recent news that Linden Labs will now offer Low Prims sims for sale individually, and for placement anywhere on the grid, Anderland Estates will now offer to buy and sell these sims to you for a very fair price.
Being the owner of Anderland Estates, I can proudly offer tons of references as to my integrity, and you as an island purchaser through my estate can be rest assured that this will be a long term endeavor for as long as you desire to own your island.
This will be a very hands off approach, and you can do ANYTHING you like with the island from Terraforming to naming to placement on the grid. For $100 USD a month you can own your own sim, with 3750 prims available to you in resources.
