I have two New, Completely Flat, Green Class 5 Sims (65536m - 15,000 prims EACH) for rent on the New mainland continent. These sims are next to each other and could be used for one project.
You can rent then together or separately.
NO up front money - after all you are renting so why pay anything other than the weekly rent?
This is Mature Mainland - no covenant, so you can do what you want.
Olber is set for sale, however, I will cancel the sale and not sell it as long as you are renting.
The lm is for Olber and the other sim - Prunariu (which I will pick up tomorrow) - is next to it to the south.
