Aquatica sim: Underwater-themed sim for malls, clubs and residences

Ecstasy Realty announces the next themed sim that will be rolled out: Aquatica. This sim will be suitable for all forms of development. It will be an underwater theme, and tenants will be required, at least on the outside of your build, to conform to an underwater-type theme. As long as your build doesn't clash with an underwater theme, it is acceptable. Clubs, malls, all businesses, and residences will be welcome.

Update: Name was changed to Ocean Depths. The sim should be ready for rent in the next 30 calendar days.
