I have reluctantly decided to sell my mainland (M), approx 12800 sq.m with double water, the main water-border is protected by reserved Linden land.

I have set it FS at L$180000, which is quite below whay I have paid over time to purchase and swap in order to obtain this plot of land.

However, I will consider a reasonable offer :)
