Hello I recently purchased multiple plots at a sim Hellgerda (87,118,21) and I bought way more then I needed so I'm selling land in 3 subdivided plots. Below are some photos of the land, there are multiple plots for sale in the sim but mine are the cheapest and probably the better ones seeing how they're either close or on the lake water. This land is appropariate for a beach / lake house or even owning a pier. It's also a new sim so there is no lag what so ever.
