All lots have a 10% prim bonus, which means extra prims for you to use! You have all land ownership rights and abilities apart from terraforming - which is something I'll gladly do for you within reason, and in line with the covenant. Support is available in English, Dutch, French and some German. An international community of residents already resides on the sim (UK, NL, JAP, BE,...) and everyone is welcome (furries, tinies, neko,...)
