For sale is an old-tier ($195 per month tier) Class 5 region. This is the grandfathered tier payment that costs $100 less per month than the new-tier regions. It is also a Class 5 and not a Class 4, so you get the best of both worlds—the better server and the lowest tier available.
The region is named Mistral Isle. It is vacant/empty—no renters, no landowners—and is available for purchase now. Tier payment is due on the 19th of the month.
I will consider serious offers no less than $2000 for a full transfer of ownership (you will pay tiers directly to Linden Labs). I will pay the transfer fee. You can save $600 or more in the first year of operation compared to the cost of a new Class 5 server ordered directly from Linden Labs.
