We have plot sizes for every budget, all waterfront on our glorious beaches (see photo below). If you want to use your own house, you can, or we can provide one. Want a skyhouse? You can have one here, too. Need lots of prims? You got it. Plus, you can rent week to week, so there's no big commitment.

Most of the sim is gorgeous common land with pose balls, pools, waterfalls, hot tubs, coral reef, hang gliding, dancing and diving! You also get 7000 meters of protected water for sailing thru to neighboring sims!
