I have a 4096 parcel that I love too much to sell. But, I got to cover my land costs, so I'd like to rent it to someone nice. It can be used for commercial or residential purpose. The neighbors are very nice and quiet. Low lag, private island. You would be my only renter, so I'll be happy to work with you and help you in any way I can.
