Der neu sim will be called Donau Tal, and it should be ready for occupancy within the next 7 calendar days. Nur Deutsches, Osterreicher, Schweiz, Liechtenstein und Luxemburg bewohner will be allowed to rent on this sim. Other residents of other countries will be allowed to visit and patronize the businesses of the sim.

The sim will be suitable for all purposes, including clubs, malls, other businesses und Wohnsitze. The miete pro monat will be L$3515 lindens pro monat for 2048 sqm, which is a 5% diskont from the usual rent.

When you visit the sim, please go to your View menu, then turn on Property Lines and Land Owner to view the available orange colored parzellen. To rent a parzelle, bitte, right click on the parzelle, click on About Land, then click "Buy" to rent the parzelle for the first monat.
