These private 4096 Sims have been updated and a model unit has been set up for viewing.
A waterfall has been included in the sim. The sim has gotten some good feedback which we used to refine our proof of concept into a luxury product. It has the feel of a private island only its 4096 in size and on mainland.

The entire mainland sim of Tatarstan has been split into 4096 parcels each containing a private waterfront simulator.
In this simulator you are in your own resort!!
This planned community allows exclusive residents to live on their own beachfront island with sand and rolling waves. These self contained living areas are sold with the land they are on to create a unique experience.
