Have you ever wanted your own Role Play Sim, But Cant Afford It?
Now you have a unique chance to have your own medieval/fantasy roleplay land that you own, but at a fraction of the cost of a full sim. Build your own castle, be the Lord or Lady. Make the land a forbidding swamp or beautiful elven forest. Schedule and host your own medieval/fantasy events, be they tourneys, melees, bardic song fests or dances, the choice will be yours. You will own your own medieval demesne. Be a baron or baroness. Provide a place where your SL friends can join you as your warriors, archers, servants, etc. The roles and choices are up to you and them.
Imrath Tir is a medieval /fantasy realm (Imrath Tir SouthEast and Imrath Tir SouthWest Sims). One quarter of Imrath Tir SouthEast is the medieval town of Galea where medieval/fantasy roleplay is welcomed and encouraged.
We are the home of Perwin Rambler’s pouch and potion system, a medieval economic and magic crafting system that is used in several SL medieval/fantasy sims and realms. This system interfaces with the SpellFire combat and magic system, which is used all over SL. You and your friends can base yourselves in Imrath Tir on your own land and then travel trade and adventure in these many other sims. The possibilities ae nearly endless.
Galea Town hosts weekly medieval events, from jousting tourneys and quests to become a knight to dances and faires.
The remaining 3/4ths of Imrath Tir SouthEast is divided into 12 rental parcels each 1/16th of a sim with 937 prims and 4096 square meters. Each of these parcels is yours to rent for just L$6500 per month. You get full land owner rights (though we do ask that you keep your land open for others to traverse and keep at least the current waterway passage, though the waterways can be re-routed).
Imrath Tir NorthWest contains an additional 16 rental parcels with the same theme and the same rent.
Imrath Tir NorthEast is an elven forest, "bad guys" castle and large bay perfect for sailing. It is dedicated to roleplay and the enjoyment and use of all Imrath Tirans
Need more space for your self your friends and the build you have in mind? Rent 2 or more adjacent parcels and merge them. This is you and your friends chance to have the medieval/fantasy roleplay you have dreamed of but couldn’t afford.
Want more space but don’t need a lot of prims? Imrath Tir SouthWest is the place for you. Imrath Tir SouthWest is a homestead sim divided into quadrants. Each quadrant has the same primage (937) as a parcel on Imrath Tir Southeast but four times the area. These parcels rent for just L$8000 per month (currently 3 of the 4 are rented).
Want even more? We can set up and rent an entire homestead sim to you. We will be happy to give it the name you wish. It can be set up adjacent to either Imrath Tir SouthEast or Imtath Tir SouthWest so that it can easily participate in all those two sims have to offer.
