I am thinking about moving my store. But I will only move if I can find a beautiful plot of land either on a hilltop or a cliffside. I would prefer to be up in the 75-125 meter height range. I do not like flat, sandy areas. Rock or grass is preferred.
My building is approximately 30x62 square meters. It will fit on a 32x64 plot, but I would prefer something slightly larger in the 3072-4096 range since I require at least 650 prims and would like a little buffer area around my store. I have very low traffic numbers (generally in the 100-200 range.)
I prefer a nice quiet neighborhood. I want my store on the ground, but my workshop will be placed above the 1000 meter mark for privacy.
This should be a purchase with reasonable weekly or monthly tier.
