Im selling two totally different areas of land

1 - 14592 sq metres of land (without objects) in ARDINGLY on BRAND NEW land...the land had previously been in much smaller pieces so if you wanted more now is your chance. I'm making a little profit yes - Im only into the second day of my tier and selling already after all ! ) but I believe the price is still lower than the surrounding area.

However I will listen to any reasonable offers on the land in which case all you need do is IM me

2 - Beautiful square of land near linden ocean in MAJISTRAL (55, 164, 22) - with a great little house and a few essential items (sun tan lotion NOT provided) not making a vast profit on this land Im just experimenting with land sales.
