Why bother with beachfronts and ocean views when you can have your own tropical island sim and get it all??
Well my partner and I have reluctantly decided to sell our beautiful island sim in the Otherland Archipelago. We have been told it has one of the nicest sunsets in SL and is sandwiched on the corner between Quan Li ( Surfers Hangout ) and Virgin Isle Marina - location of the famous Nielsen Yachts.
This is a high area sim so you only get 1875 prims, but you do get a whole sim to put them on. Note the sim is in Otherland which is a large group of private sims and has got a fairly explicit covenant - ie. Mainly residential only and no ban lines
You would have to buy the lease from us and we would transfer the rights to lease the sim to you and you would then have to pay Otherland group the monthly maintenance fee which currently stands at USD$99 for non-european residents or Euro 99 for european residents.
