The Land of Immortality and Immortality Isle is a flat Residential only pair of connected sims. The main sim has two long term tenants on 1/4 sims and one on an 8192. There is 1/4 sim available to rent. The homestead is fully rented at rates covering the new tiers These sims are making a profit but I'm unable to manage 6 sims and still enjoy the game so am offering this pair of sims for sale for 1300 US or best offer. Tier is paid through September 15th on the main sim and September 5th on the homestead.
