WE are currently putting Phreak Isle up for sale, its a full prim sim operating on a class 5 server. THe new owner will be given full estate rights. You will be allowed to do what ever you wish on the sim. It can be renamed, moved and lands resell is ok.
Tiers are to be paid to me carlbotd truss in linden or usd at just 365 usd per month for the whole sim.. and the asking price is just 275k linden,,
Feel free to map Phreak isle and have a look... you can just flatten and rebuild however you need..
