Nebelung 1/2 Region Protected Waterfront - Bargain !!!

Hi Im selling nearly half a region - NEBELUNG with protected waterfront AND connection to the Linden highway.

Ive dropped the price to 195000 lindens (less than 6 lindens a square metre) in an attempt to jog along my land sale.

There has to be room now for a 'wily' land dealer to make a massive profit at some time in the future...

Im certainly making a loss selling my beloved land unfortunately I cant afford it anymore.

However someone would surely love this area as much as I do its a great place to build... please drop by and look around.

I can't get into world for long spells at the moment and as Ive dropped the price to a point where Im making a considerable loss I think Im being generous enough to say the price is non negotiable.

Its a bargain price for a beautiful piece of land.
