Looking to move this quickly as I moved to a larger lot.

Strara region. Roadside (next to Linden protected land) and empty sim that is currently for sale. Selling lot for $39,200 which is $12.75L/sq m. 703 prims. Next to a low traffic store (clothing), but round 1/4 of the region is not being used and owned by 2 different people).
