At Azure Haven we have 6 parcels of land, all are luxury 4096m2 plots. We do not rent land here, we sell it. When you purchase you get FULL land owner rights. Please make sure you read the Covenant in FULL before purchasing. You have two choices:

1. 4096m2 w/ 1225 Prim - 30k purchase price and your 13k tier is not due until the first of next month.

2. 4096m2 w/ 1200 Prim - 25k purchase price and your 12k tier is not due until the first of next month.

All landowners will be expected to follow the rules of the covenant, Estate Managers will be keeping track of the happenings of the island. We promise a "gated" community, meaning you should NEVER get clubbers or shoppers wandering around on the island half of the sim. Please keep in mind though, if you wish to go over to the commercial half of the sim for shopping or clubbing (which we highly recommend both) you MUST wear your Azure Haven Resident tag to pass through the "gate".
