Usually, you get something "free" or a very low cost deposit, but the "bottom line" is you pay more than L$1.21 per square meter per month. For example, 2048 square meters is L$2478 per month at this rate. 1024 square meters is L$1239 per month. To get the equivalent weekly rates, simply multiply these monthly rates by 12, and then divide that sum by 52.
