We have a limited number of parcels available on the Etopia sims for residential and commercial ventures. Etopia is Second Life's premier Environmental Eco-Village showcasing Real Life examples of Sustainable Living, Renewable Energy, Organic Living and Intentional Community. We have many non profit groups, educational displays and interesting daily activities along with real traffic. We also have a number of secluded areas for living spaces.
Many of you have asked about renting land and adding your own educational display, shop or home. So we are now offering a few select plots for that purpose. All projects and builds will have to comply with the Etopia vision and standards as well as the resident rules.
